The ELCO BEACHFRONT cottage is a desired premium location at the Sun Communities Resort retreat at Sherkston Shores Beach Resort.
- Plenty of private outdoor space for this cottage includes a large patio deck, propane BBQ and propane fire table, private grassy side yard
- Fully furnished private 2 BDRM cottage sleeps 8 guests. The bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. There is a pull out sofa in the living room with a pull across screen for privacy. The add-a-room has a pull out sofa, second dining table and TV.
- The fully equipped kitchen has counter space for prep work, a dining table, and opens up to the living room…a comfortable space to enjoy! It also has a dish washer, Keurig pod and regular coffee makers.
- Air conditioning and 5 ceiling fans, 60” smart TV, and internet.
- The entire cottage is for private use of guests.
- Lifted golf cart included, two private parking spots.
- We will supply linens, however, we kindly ask that guests bring their own face and bath towels, personal toiletries, and any other essentials they may require during their stay.

Three days before your arrival we will contact you with instructions, pass codes, etc.
Take QEW highway to Fort Erie, then take Hwy 3 to Empire Road or set your GPS to Sherkston Shores RV Resort, 490 Empire Road, Port Colborne L0S 1R0. This address is at the very start of the resort property. Once your GPS says you have arrived, keep going just a bit further to the security shed.
Check in with the Main Gate security, telling them your last name, and the cottage unit number you are renting. They will verify your party’s occupants, maximum 8 guests, maximum 4 adults. Unregistered guests will not be allowed to enter the resort. Once your registration has been verified they will give you a welcome package, a wristband for each person over six years old, and parking passes for up to two vehicles. You must wear the wristband at all times while at the resort.
Wristbands for the WaterPark (pool access) must be purchased at the Welcome Centre or online. Check in to get a copy of the site map. Our cottage is located at the bottom of the resort at Lake Erie.
